The flag of the census-designated place of Spring Ridge is a white field with a modified community seal in the center, showing red and white outlines on the ring and red leaves.

The seal is a horizontally stretched blue ring with white outlines on it. Inscribed is the community name and an imprint of a leaf on ether side. In the center is a blue and white illustration of the Spring Ridge Community Center.
