Five Points is an unchartered community located in Sussex County, south of Lewes.
The flag is a buttermilk field with a slightly modified version of the community emblem in the center.

The emblem is made of a buttermilk ring with blue and green outlines. on the outer rim of the ring are five spokes which form a star. Inscribed on the ring is the community's full name. In the center of the emblem are two over-layered blue five pointed stars atop a green disk.
