Description of the flag

From en.wikipedia.org/: The Division of Alaska State Troopers is the state police agency for the State of Alaska and falls under the Alaska Department of Public Safety. Because Alaska has no counties and therefore no county police departments or sheriffs, the Alaska State Troopers (AST) are a full-service law enforcement agency, executing all of the functions that would normally be carried out by separate state, local, and wildlife officers in other states.

I was recently watching the TV show "Alaska State Troopers" with my wife on the National Geographic Channel. In the episode we were watching, they showed the inside of an AST local headquarters. Displayed on the wall of the lobby area was the AST flag. The flag was composed of three diagonal bands, stretching from upper hoist to lower fly: light blue-royal blue-light blue. Centered in the royal blue diagonal band was the badge of the AST. On a banner above the badge were the words "LOYALTY", "INTEGRITY", and "COURAGE". I also found a photograph of the flag in someone's collection online at www.badgeman50.com.
