This photo of an Ukrainian naval vessel named Bucha also has what appears to be the city flag of Bucha.

This is a variant of the city flag (Kyiv Oblast), which was adopted on 24 October 2002. The flag adopted does not have the coat of arms according to www.bucha-rada.gov.ua/symbols but variants with the coat of arms are present (such as https://flagmaster.com.ua/flagi-gorodov/flag-bucha-s-gerbom.html.

Coat of Arms

source Buchansk City Council website

From the The official website of the Buchansk City Council (https://www.bucha-rada.gov.ua/symbols):
"The large coat of arms of Bucha has the shape of a dark green shield. In the center of the composition is the main element of the coat of arms – a stylized sign symbolizing the 'family tree of the city'. It has 4 branches (these are four villages: Yablunka, Melnyky, Lisova Bucha and Yastremshchyna, which were united and formed the basis of modern Bucha) and strong roots, in the basis of which a fragment of the railway track is inscribed. The coat of arms frames a wreath of oak and laurel branches (symbols of strength and glory), which are tied with green, white and yellow ribbons, the colors of the Bucha flag.
The upper part of the coat of arms is framed by a ribbon, the lines of which repeat the lines of the coat of arms, thereby emphasizing the image of an open book, which symbolizes the book of life. The wreath of the coat of arms is made in the form of a decorative painting, characteristic of Ukrainian traditions. At the base of the coat of arms is '1901' – the year of the foundation of the city of Bucha. "
