"It was confirmed in June, 2nd, 2007 by the decision of village council session. Per pale by fess or. Azure; otter or; vert; spring argent. The shield enframed by or cartouche and crowned by or village crown. The authors are Yu.Terlec'kyi, M.Omel'chuk. F.Hlebovych.
Azure means the river, vert - meadows and woods, or - agriculture. On the community territory is Sacred spring which is displayed in the arms and flag. Three parts symbolises three villages, subordinated to village council: Udryts'k, Smorods'k and Hochyn."

The Village

"The first data about it refers to 1626. According to legends, among the inhabitants of village were many natives of Baltic. Behind one of versions, name of the village connects with the Lithuanian name "udra" (otter), because in river Goryn' lived many river otters.
