The square panel, on a red background is white full month with a cross, from it leaves a yellow cross with crosspieces on the basis in the top rack, from a staff and from free edge are vertical yellow borders (in width to 1/5 parties of a gonfalone). The author is A. Grechylo.

Kochubeyvs'ka Rural United Territorial Community was created on 23.07.2015 and includes four Village Councils: Zagradyvs'ka, Kochubeyvs'ka, Orlyvs'ka, and Prigyr'yvs'ka, all in the Visokopyl's'kiy Rayon.
