Description from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seals_of_The_Provinces_of_Thailand
The seal of the province shows an elephant holding ears of rice with its trunk. This symbolizes the fertile rice fields as well as the forests with numerous elephants. In the background two piles of straw, trees and stylized clouds symbolize the natural beauty of the province.
