About the flag

Konoshskiy County is one of the last counties in Arkhangel'skaya Region. Its coat of arms was adopted on 26.08.2004, and its flag on 21.05.2014.

A rectangular double-sided red cloth with a width to length ratio of 2:3, reproducing in the middle the figures of the coat of arms - a white horse with yellow saddle and wicker boxes.

On a gules (red) field, a walking silver horse with a gold saddle, girth, and saddle cloth, carrying two gold round wicker boxes with lids, one of which is larger.
