Khabarskiy County got its flag. The County Council of Deputies adopted the coat of arms and flag on 29.11.2024.
A rectangular green cloth with a width to length ratio of 2:3, on which are
reproduced the figures from the coat of arms, executed with the replacement of
the heraldic silver, gold and azure with white, yellow and blue colors,
respectively.
