Dzun-Khemchiksky District is an administrative and municipal district in the Tuva Republic, Russia. It is located in the west of the republic. Its administrative center is the town of Chadan.

The flag of the region is a banner of arms, described as:

On a field composed of 12 silver and gold alternating wedges, an azure disk bearing at the top a golden two-tier pagoda roof (khuree), crowned with soyombo of the same metal, and at the bottom a silver running horse, with a golden mane, tail and hooves.
