The arms are Argent, in base an inescutcheon vert charged with a castle Argent masoned Sable, crested by a comital coronet Proper and flanked in dexter by a square standard Argent with bordure Gules, charged with a Christ Knights' cross,with crenelly edges and pole Sable. Mural crown Argent with four visible towers (town rank) and white scroll in black upper case letters reading "PENHA GARCIA".
