Description of the flag

Blue - white vertical bicolour with coat of arms in the canton. The arms are as follows: white shield with five blue quinas having a red bordure displaying seven golden (= yellow) castles, realized as towers. The shield is topped by a golden crown (maybe a mural crown) with five visible towers. In the centre is a red capital "P" superimposed by an "R" slightly smaller.
