Abuja

Abuja is the capital of Nigeria and a planned city within the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). I am not sure if the Abuja city flag doubles for the  Federal Capital Territory, or if the FCT has its own flag that we don't  yet know about.

Based on the photograph provided by Jason Saber, the flag of Abuja has a green field with the city logo in the center.  The logo is in the shape of the map of the Federal Capital Territory and can be described as "gyronny of six" -  clockwise from the upper left: yellow, light blue, yellow, dark blue, light blue, and dark blue, all fimbriated white. Superimposed on the gyronny silhouette of the FCT is a green circle with six white hands reaching toward the center. Below the logo is the name of the city, "ABUJA" in white, capital, sans serif letters, with the motto below in white italicized letters, "The Heart of Nigeria."
