Mongolian Armed Forces Colours (Current Pattern)

[Mongolian Armed Forces Colours ] by Miles Li [a flag pattern, not an actual flag]

The current pattern of Mongolian Armed Forces colours, while insipired by the national flag, is a throwback to the traditional Mongolian flag design. Red field, proportions (width or height to length) 2:1, bearing the unit name in vertical Mongolian script, sometimes underneath the Soyombo, both in yellow; three narrow blue streamers with triangular ends, the length of each streamer being half the length of the field, attached to the top, middle and bottom of the fly.

[unknown flag] detail of the picture from http://asem11.mn/...1014303791_o.jpg

This picture (http://asem11.mn/...1014303791_o.jpg, source: http://www.asem11.mn/?p=2825&lang=mn) shows on left an image of a flag that seems to be Mongolian but I cannot identify it. It is a blue background flag with a logo of the Mongolian government but I can't identify it.
The article mentions a visa and tax exemption measue taken during the ASEM11 meeting, but it doesn't match any government Agency/Ministry regarding taxes and/or visas, that I know of.
Esteban Rivera, 21 May 2016

I cant read mongolian but GoogleTranslate sais inscription on this logo is "GOVERNMENT OF MONGOLIA". I think any governmental ministry or agency may use this logo. But the inscription under the logo is "Ministry of Justice"

This picture ( http://eng.me.go.kr/... 1187252119.JPG, source: http://eng.me.go.kr/...) shows on left an image of a flag that seems to be Mongolian but I cannot identify it.
The article mentions a meeting between Ministries of Environment of Mongolia and Thailand, but no relation to the image can be found.
Esteban Rivera, 21 May 2016

The flag on the left is the former flag of the Ministry of Environment. The full name of the ministry is "Ministry of Environment and Green Development of Mongolia (Байгаль орчин, ногоон хөгжил, аялал жуулчлалын яам). However, I am not sure when this flag was abandoned to go with a generic government pattern (government logo on a white flag, ministry name in blue, as seen at Microsoft News [in Mongolian].

Intermed Hospital; Ulaanbaatar

[Intermed Hospital flag] by Paul Bassinson (image obtained https://www.facebook.com/

Intermed Hospital; Ulaanbaatar. Can we really call this a flag? I was dubious about this as well, but it appears as though it’s being utilized to mark the completion of a trail, and the lack of a pole on the left side suggests it isn’t meant to be used as a banner, as an advertising photo op would typically call for.
