Located in Neyagawa City Osaka Prefecture and established in 1961. The embroidered ceremonial flag has dark green background with a gold and silver emblem in gold fringe. The university flag has dark green background with a white emblem and written horizontally the university name in white Chinese characters. (Source) The emblem of the university, symbolizing the university's focus on electronics and telecommunications engineering, features the word "大學" in white letters on a background of a design depicting an atomic electron orbital. The pure white color symbolizes the cultivation of clean and pure human resources, prayer, and aspiration.
