The flag of the village of Shimokitayama is white with mark.
Tomislav Šipek, 27 February 2014

The village emblem was adopted on Dec 10th 1969 but there is no flag law. The circle symbolizes the villagers who love a simpleness and an austerity and respect a concord. The three triangles represent the mettle of the villagers who are growing to the future and an image of the village which make a leap forward to the future in green mountains.
