The town emblem was adopted on Apr 10th 1962 by Notice No 19 and the flag was adopted on Sep 16th 1975 by Notice No 61. The green flag has a white town emblem in the center. The town emblem is a stylized katakana イナ Ina and kanji 川 Gawa. The flag proportion is 100:117.
