Caption: On 8 Dec. 2020, the United States sanctioned the "Al-Mustafa International University" for facilitating IRGC-QF (Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps -- Quds Force) recruitment efforts, for intelligence collection and operations, including recruitment for the IRGC-QF-led foreign militias fighting on behalf of Syrian President Bashar Assad's regime, and the Houthi militia in Yemen.
