The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Israel seems to have an alternative version of its flag with inverted colours and changed shade of blue. The dates of some pictures seem to indicate the simultaneous use of both versions (see here [2021] and here [2023]).

Variant or former version?

I saw a TV news story on the visit of the Russian foreign minister to Israel a few days ago. Outside the hotel that served as the meeting site there was a flag displayed right next to the Russian and Israeli ones--white, with a blue symbol.
Later on the same symbol was on the podiums at the press conference. I found out it to be the logo of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Both the shade of blue and the precise size of the logo are uncertain, but the color seemed somewhat different than that of the national flag. The symbol appears in the header at www.mfa.gov.il.
Description: Blue thickly-outlined globe with voided space in shape of Magen David in center.

I located a photo of the flag of Israeli MFA at news.yahoo.com. It is white and an emblem in its center.

The logo represent the globe in blue with white Magen David in the middle. It isn't so clear from the photo but more visible at the site of the MFA at www.mfa.gov.il (inner part of the logo).
