RAF Yacht Club burgee image by Miles Li, 22 June 2023

Until the 1960s several RAF bases in the Far East had their own yacht clubs, for the recreation of RAF personnel there. This is the burgee of the RAF Yacht Club, Kai Tak, Hong Kong.

From http://www.chingchic.com/raf-yacht-club-kai-tak.html:
"Extracts from the Rules and By-Laws of the Club.
...
Name and Constitution of the Club.
4. The Club shall be called the Royal Air Force Yacht Club, Kai Tak, Hong Kong ...
5. The Burgee of the Club shall consist of:--
A red pennant with superimposed circles of red upon white upon dark blue in the hoist. Across the centre diagonally a bar of dark blue and a bar of light blue, the light blue to be ¼ the width of the dark blue, the dark blue to be nearer to the hoist."
Note that the image also shows a difference between the white in the roundel and the light blue in the diagonal.

The club did have two flag officers, a commodore and a vice-commodore, but no flags are mentioned for them.
