The flag of Kobuleti is made of seven horizontal stripes in turn blue
and white and a green stripe along the hoist (1:2), the latter recalling
the flag of Adjara; the escutcheon from the municipal coat of arms, "Gules a stag argent ensigned by an eight-pointed star of the same", is
placed over the two fields.
