Presentation of Vernou-sur-Brenne

The municipality of Vernou-sur-Brenne (2,710 inhabitants in 2016; 2,591 ha) is located 20 km east of Tours.
The village is bordered by river Loire on its southern edge and crossed from east to west by river Cisse that flows parallel to the Loire, and into which river Brenne flows. Vernou-sur-Brenne is located near Vouvray and its famous vineyards.
