The flag of Noáin according to the Official Bulletin of Navarre #42 [1996?].

The Noain Town Council (Elorz Valley) in meeting held on 15 September 1995 agreed unanimously, thus exceeding the necesary two-thirds majority of those present and the absolute majority of the legal number of the members of the Corporation, the modification of the arms and flag of this Municipality and to approve as new arms of the Noain Town Council (Elorz Valley) a helmet in the upper part and below it the image of the aqueduct of Noain in and in its lower part the Tower of the Municipality of Elorz.
Concerning the flag it is agreed that it will be white in color, carrying printed on it the coat of arms of the new Noain Town Council (Elorz Valley).
Therefore, in fulfillment of the articles 22 and 28 of the Law 6/1990, 2 July, of local administration of Navarre, the present agreement is submitted to public exposition during a 1-month term, counting from its publication in Navarre's Official Bulletin, prior to its definitive approval.

The shield appears in the Official Bulletin drawn in black and white and no indication on tinctures is given.
