The official flag of La Granadella has the following description:

Rectangular flag, of proportions two high to three wide, divided into three horizontal stripes, the first and the third, each a third of the total height, white. The central stripe 7/27ths of the total height, red, and separated from the white stripes by two green stripes of 1/27th of the total height each.

It was approved 20th March 2009 and published in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat of Catalonia (DOGC) 10th July of the same year, with the number 5397.

Its colours are featured on the Coat of Arms of La Granadella.
