The flag features the city coat of arms centered on a white field. The coat of arms could be blazoned "Quarterly, 1st Argent a bend sinister Azure, 2nd Gules a cross couped Argent and upon the center point the Holy Bible, 3rd in a pasture before four mountains Vert a bullock Sable armed Or, 4th Azure a sword Argent in bend sinister with an olive branch and a laurel branch Proper forming a wreath."
