Dogern Coat of Arms

Shield parted per pale, at dexter Argent, a fir Vert on base of the same, at sinister Azure a waxing monn crescent Or with face.
Local seals displayed the arms of Baden until the middle of the 19th century. At the end of the century the first seals, displaying a crescent of unknown origin, perhaps a local symbol, appeared. The fir is alluding to the Counts of Hauenstein, former rulers.

The arms were adopted by the municipality in 1906. The banner was approved on 27 September 1956 by Minister of Interior of Baden-Württemberg.
