Kirchham Coat of Arms

Shield parted per pale, at dexter Or a belfry Sable and in base a fess wavy Azure, at sinister Sable two lozenges Argent in fess.
Meaning:
Meaning: The belfry is a canting element and furthermore alluding to the fact that the village had been seat of a parish since the 8th century. The fess wavy is alluding to the nickname "little church near a creek" (Bavarian: "Kirchl am Bach"). The other elements are referring to Erlbach village. The partition of golden and black is referring to the Tobelheim family, who owned the local Hofmark in the 16th century. The lozenges are taken from thearms of the Ecker family from Kapfing, who had its ancestral seat in Erlbach between 1620 and 1638.
