The shield is silver; issuant from base a blue church; over all St. Martin, armed and dressed silver, nimbed golden, coated red and parting his coat with a silver sword.
Meaning:
The church is the local parish church of St. Martin, probably the very first church in the area. St. Martin is not only the patron saint of Kirchworbis, but also from the Eichsfeld region and the Archbishopric of Mainz, to which the region belonged.

Kirchworbis had 1345 inhabitants in 2015 and covers 5.5 km². The municipality was first mentioned in 1209.
