Carpathian Germans' Territorial Association of Slovakia

The Chairman of the Carpathian Germans' Territorial Association of Slovakia (Karpartendeutsche Landsmannschaft Slowakei e.V.) wrote me that the flag of this association is red-blue-white-yellow with the arms. This is a newly adopted arms, like the Slovak one with a chief made up of the arms of Pressburg (Bratislava), Kremnitz (Kremnica) and Kesmark (Kežmarok). The former arms only showed two of these, Pressburg and Kesmark.
