Per fess Gules a Maltese Cross Argent and Argent a Rose Gules barbed and seeded proper.
Željko Heimer, 17 October 2000
From 1322 to 1556 the Order was the patron of the local church. It also owned a house in Montbrelloz
which belonged to the Langue of Auvergne. The rose in the arms commemorates the lords of Estavayer.
Montbrelloz belonged to their territory in the 13th century. (source: von Volborth (1981))
