Municipal flag

A recent photo of this municipality's flag flying outside was posted by Luc Vartan Baronian in the FOTW Facebook group:
https://www.facebook.com/groups/flagsoftheworld/permalink/4318281161519906

However, recent videos (from the municipality's Facebook page) from inside the municipal hall show a different flag, with a modified, more complex logo: https://scontent-nrt1-1.xx.fbcdn.net
This logo dates to at least 2013. The other logo does not appear on the municipality's Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/villestoneham/photos/a.150771374945112/744647298890847

A 2018 photo from Google Maps also shows this flag outside the hall.

Because this municipality introduced a new logo on January 26, 2021, FOTW Facebook group members Mr. Baronian, Marc Pasquin, and I suspect that the flag Mr. Baronian recently photographed is an old flag that the municipality is trying to dispose of via winter damage before a new flag with the new logo is flown.

Attached are my drawings of the present, most often used flag (soon to be replaced?) and the previous flag (still occasionally used).
