The Flag

Photos of Daveluyville flags were posted in December 2020 by Marc Pasquin in the FOTW Facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/flagsoftheworld/permalink/4171948772819813/

The current flag has the municipal logo on a white field. A partial picture of the flag can be seen in the town council room:

An explanation of the logo:

Logo is from 23 June 2016: https://www.facebook.com/VilledeDaveluyville/photos/a.135060610026641/472770012922364/

Translation from French to English
"Following the municipal consolidation of March 9 between the City of Daveluyville and the Municipality of Sainte-Anne-du-Sault, it was as part of the National Day on June 23 that municipal elected officials unveiled the logo representing the new City of Daveluyville.

The logo of the City of Daveluyville is a dynamic, bold acronym that represents the citizens of the two former municipalities. The buildings on the left represent the commercial and industrial sector, from yesterday to today, while the color green represents the agricultural sector very present in the territory. The blue waves recall the presence of the Bécancour River, providing all the charm of the City, all ending with the latter's falls. All these characteristics pass into the gear that demonstrates the chain of all sectors and the dynamism of people here. The tail of the Daveluyville "y" represents the Highway 20 line that crosses the territory.

Full of dynamism, the many elements evocative of this acronym create the image of an active, evolving city: the new City of Daveluyville!"

As recently as 2016, the municipality used a different flag with completely different logo which can be seen here during a fun run. The logo combines a capital D with a heart:
