A photo of the flag of Spanish, Ontario appears to depict a Spanish galleon in full sail (although the wind appears to be blowing it away from the viewer!) and the name SPANISH in block letters above in yellow and red.

No further details are available. Spanish is in the Algoma District of northern Ontario, on the Trans-Canada Highway.
