Description of the flag

The village flag of Consort, Alberta features the town’s crest that has images of a cow, Canadian goose, oil derrick, wheat and a sunrise above green hills. The name of the municipality and the date 1912 (date that the Canadian Pacific Railway line was built) is featured above the town crest on a red colored ribbon.

Consort Alberta (population: 739) is the hometown of the Canadian singer k d Lang.
