I observed the Desjardins Group flag, a financial services company in Québec
ville, and several other locations last week.
Here is an image of the flag: https://flags-banners-shop.com/contenu/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/Desjardins.png ...and the corporate logo: https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/thumb/6/6d/Desjardins.svg/1280px-Desjardins.svg.png

"The Desjardins Group (French: "Mouvement des caisses Desjardins") is the largest association of credit unions in North America. It was founded in 1900 in Lévis, Québec by Alphonse Desjardins and his wife Dorimène Desjardins. 132 founding members signed the document at the meeting of December 6, 1900, in which the caisse was founded. It is now based in Montréal. The caisses are devoted to regional economic development. (In the early 1940s) the caisses d'économie (credit unions) were born and would grow through the payroll deduction system, among other things.
Montreal firefighters, Canadian National (CN) and Canadian Pacific Railway
(CPR) employees and the Montreal police founded group caisses in the mid-1940s.
In September 1962, 14 caisses joined together to create the Fédération des
caisses d'économie du Québec. At the end of the year, 32 caisses were affiliated
with the new Fédération. In 1967, 5 years later, 225 caisses d'économie were
founded in the major industries in all of Quebec's sectors of economic activity.
On September 19, 1979, the Fédération des caisses d'économie du Québec joined
On November 23, 1997 the 3 major unions in Quebec, namely CEQ (Corporation des enseignants du Québec, formerly Centrale des syndicats du Québec, official website: http://www.csq.qc.net), CSN (Confédération des syndicats nationaux, official website:
http://www.csn.qc.ca/index.html) and FTQ (Fédération des travailleurs et travailleuses du Québec, official website: http://www.ftq.qc.ca) and the Fédération des caisses d'économie Desjardins du Québec (FCEDQ) formalized an alliance. Later, in 2001 to foster the harmonious combination of both networks (caisse populaire and caisse d'économie) while recognizing and guaranteeing the development of the caisses d'économie within Desjardins Group, a by-law was adopted by the FCEDQ and the Confédération. Since then, the caisses d'économie have been represented within Desjardins Group by the Group Caisse.
The Desjardins Group has over 20 subsidiaries offering products and services related to insurance (Desjardins Financial Security, Desjardins General Insurance), real estate (Place Desjardins), venture capital funds (Desjardins Venture Capital) and brokerage (Desjardins Securities). The Desjardins Group, through subsidiary Développement international Desjardins, is also active in over 50 developing countries through technical assistance programs and various investments."

Here's and image of the flag, a white horizontal background with the logo in the middle: https://beta.theglobeandmail.com/resizer
(source). It is different from Dave's mentioned flag since Dave's is green background, and this specimen is in inverted colors.
And here is a variant of the previous flag (white background with logo: source), featuring the inscription (http://entertainmentsudbury.com) "CAISSE" in black capitals below.
