About the Flag(s) of Teixeira

I've found two similar but not identical flags for this municipality. One, apparently official, is a horizontal tricolor, blue-white-green, with the municipal coat of arms on the center, the name of the municipality and a white star on the upper stripe, and the name of the state on the lower. This flag was designed by Agamenon Rodrigues and adopted in 1989.

This variant, found elsewhere on the Web, is green-white-blue, with a spray of palm leaves on the center and the name of the municipality in white on the upper stripe.
