Beobank is a Belgian-owned financial institution that is a subsidiary of French parent company Crédit Mutuel Nord Europe. Founded in 1919 as City Bank of New York in Brussels, the institution was renamed to Citibank Belgium in 1992. In 2012, Citibank divested itself of the subsidiary, selling the franchise to Crédit Mutuel Nord Europe, who rebranded the institution in 2013 to its current name - Beobank NV/SA.

The flag of Beobank (photo) features the bank's logo centered on a purple field. The logo is the name of the institution in white lowercase letters, with the "o" replaced by a large, red circle, broken in its upper right quadrant.
