Thalwenden Coat of Arms

The shield is parted per pale. At dexter in a silver field is a red coat, being divided by a golden sword and held by a pair of hands proper. At sinister is a green field is a load carrier passant, dressed in silver clothing and with a silver pannier.
Meaning:
St. Martin, the local patron saint, is here represented by his divided coat. He appeared riding on a horde already on former local seals.
