Description

Local Council 0f Ar'ara BaNegev (in Arabic: Al-Majles Al-Mahaly Ar'ara A-Nakeb, meaning Ar'ara in the Negev, since there is another Ar'ara in the Hadera subdistrict) is the last Bedouin town to be established up to now. It became a Local Council after the dissolvement of Regional Council Mashosh and is situated east to Be'er Sheva, north of the Be'er Sheva-Dimona road.
The flag has been reported as white with emblem in unknown colour. The flag is only probable. The municipal emblem has not been published in the official gazette (Rashumot) and is thus unofficial. Publication process was initiated in January 2000 but never completed.

What I saw in the city hall during my visit, was the remains of white flag. As other Beduin settlements, one may expect a natural colors emblem, but it is still only a guess....
