Shield mantled of Gules and Or, at dexter an acorned oak branch Or, at sinister a music tone Or, in base a watch tower Azure.
Meaning:
The tower is alluding to the Roman limes, a fortified borderline.
The coat of arms was approved on 15 May 1975.

Garbenteich Coat of Arms

Shield Gules, issuant from base an oak Argent, in base superimposed by two spears Or in saltire.
Meaning:
The arms are referring to the historical name of the village " Garwatiseiche" . In the old name "Gar" means spear, "Wart" a protector and "Eiche" means oak. The spears thus stand for the first two parts, the oak for the last part of the name.

Watzenborn-Steinberg Coat of Arms

Shield parted per bend sinister, above right Argent a black cross, below left two music tones Argent (e and g connected) on five lines.
Meaning:
Both villages belonged until the 14th century to the Schiffenberg Abbey. In 1323 the abbey was incorporated into the Marburg Commandery of the Teutonic Order. The cross is referring to the Teutonic Order. The tones are symbolizing the many choirs in the municipality.
The arms were approved by Minister of Interior of Hesse in 1953
