Lost Cherokee of Arkansas and Missouri in early 2000s split into two unrecognized tribes with the same name. Searching for information, I found just their seals, but no mention of the flags.

I also have seen their name change to "Cherokee of Arkansas and Missouri Tribe" in 2017. I also have seen their headquarters listed as Conway, Dover, Jonesboro or even moving to Missouri for most purposes. Similar to the other Arkansas based group, there is not much to find. However, the purple seal presented by Vanja was used on plates issued by the tribe, but those plates are not recognized by the state.
