I believe the flag is post-2016 based on this release from UCA:
http://uca.edu/magazine/uca-unveils-updated-academic-logo-and-marketing-campaign/.
It is purple with the academic logo in the center of two slanted bars. The
central part is white and the bars are colored in purple (Pantone 268 according
to their guide at
https://uca.edu/toolkit/official-colors/).
