Description of the flag

Found flag of Charles town on the city's official Facebook account: https://www.facebook.com/cityofcharlestown/photos

It appear to be a light grey field with a dark bluish border. In the middle is the coat of arms of the Washington family, as Charles Town was founded by Charles Washington, who was a member of the Washington family. Above and below the arms are two white banners with black outlines. The top banner says "1786", the year Charles Town was incorporated as a city. The bottom banner says "Charles Town".

Here is a close up image of the sign to the Willingham Knolls Park from google maps. The sign features the arms, and the banners: https://www.google.com/maps/place/Willingham+Knolls+Park
