Municipal flags in Utah County:
The logo appears to be white centered on a sky blue field. The logo has the
name "Utah County" in large, white, serif lettering in the center, with the
slogan "HEART of UTAH" below it in smaller, white, sans serif lettering, with
the words "HEART" and "UTAH" in all-caps, and the word "of" in a lowercase
script. Above the county name is a white silhouette of the mountains that run
through the county.
