Description of the flag

At there is confirmation that Monroe County, New York, has a flag. There is a news article about the County Executive presenting a Boy Scout group with county flags. An accompanying photo shows the flag being presented- it is folded up and only a gold portion is visible. Behind the Executive is a flag draped on a staff, which may be a better view of the same flag. A lot of it is still obscured, but it appears to be a vertical tribar with a green/gold seal in the center panel. Another photo of the flag appears at behind the County Legislators, adding to the likelihood that it is the county flag. At that page there are also 2 images of the county seal. Finally, a photo at clearly shows that the flag is green-yellow-green.
