Based on a photo posted by Ismael Muñoz to the NAVA/Flags and Vexillology
Facebook group, the flag is now known to differ from the winning flag design
announced in March 2018.
The design winning the flag contest was posted to the town's Facebook page in March 2018: https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=1694103830612845&set=pb.100064290325403.-2207520000.
The first image of the adopted flag (a sticker) posted in April 2018 had a bar with the city's name: https://www.facebook.com/107173632639214/photos/pb.100064290325403.-2207520000../1751295094893718/?type=3
The first photo of the flag appeared in June 2018: https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=1806534066036487&set=pb.100064290325403.-2207520000.
Attached is my drawing of the actual flag to replace my drawing of the winning design that was never an actual flag on the FOTW page.
