Although the city of Dana Point has reported to me that it does not have a flag, an image from a councillor's re-election webpage indicates otherwise: www.lisa4dp.com/index.php?target=opera.target.
"Dana Point is a city located in southern Orange County, California. The population was about 37,326 as of January 1, 2010 according to the California Department of Finance. It has one of the few harbors along the Orange County coast, and with ready access via State Route 1, it is a popular local destination for surfing and was home to a legendary surf break called Killer Dana." - from Wikipedia: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dana_Point,_California, including a better image of the seal.
