"It was confirmed in August, 25th, 1999 by the decision of village council session. Or; two vert sycamore (maple) leaves, above it is azure eight-beam star. The shield enframed by or cartouche and crowned by argent urban crown with three prongs. The author is A.Grechylo.
In village was born poet Borys Oliynyk. The plot of the arms is connected to his verse "You are as the star, and I am as the maple" dedicated to village originality and traditional character. The star emphasizes historical communication to Sanzhary (the village entered in Sanzhary cossack squadron, and on the arms of this city is the star). Sycamore (maple) leaves specify revival of village. The or field means riches, well-being and agriculture.
