About the flag

Flag adopted on 7 February 2002. Yellow with two black fishes, the upper one looking to the hoist, the lower one to the fly. The fishes are taken from the arms but in negative (arms are black with two gold fishes). Author of the flag: Constantin Mochenov. Ratio 2:3
