A rectangular banner of arms, ratio 2:3, of the Chertkovskoye rural settlement in red, green, yellow, and white.

On a red over green shield a golden wreath of wheat ears in the form of sun rays, bearing inside the locomotive wheel with eight spokes, on a silver bobyl tail and feathers placed in an oblique cross, on top of everything and accompanied at the bottom by a silver fortification. The shield is topped with a golden crown, befitting a municipal formation of a rural settlement, the center of a municipal district. The coat of arms can be reproduced both with and without the crown.
